Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Personalised Items

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised products are exempt from standard cancellation rights.

• Personalised, engraved, and custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured.
• Once engraving details have been submitted and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
• Refunds will not be provided where incorrect names, dates, initials, spelling, or other engraving information have been supplied by the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Personalised Items
